Richard Pryor grew up in his Mother's home and the family business was a House of Ill Repute. Than to that should a dispatcher have a child in the crowd the Police Officer would naturally say to stay away from here and here as the disruption would be explained as, at least to whom I know it happened to as 'you are going to be picked-up for being a truant'. Again this was reality and thereby every person would go to school and be home at proper behavior as truancy was reality for as the courts would than tell you that you are a ward of the court. It only took one look from a cop to know of all of these above said things as a kid and nobody ever told them to me, however I had an older brother and an older sister that always broke the lease of the law and made no 'cent Sir' but sure did say it loud enough that at the very least I knew that they and there friends were riding the fringe of the law. So, in the protesting that I have witnessed only as being reported my Channel 2 News in Oakland albeit California why is not the above being brought to term as what took place in the 1960's following the Vietnam War?? Or, is it the fact that The Draft was in 1969 and I was four years old and the Moon Landing was something the entire country would have had their attention consumed with and by while out here in San Francisco we were not sticking daisy's in our hair but being educated in silence by how the world moved to the sway of the Human be in and many other Hippie product revolutions such as Woodstock. Now at that is the disorderly conduct the one that sticks out the most or is it the Richard Pryor repeats that makes Oakland a questionable Court House or is the evident just I asking if truancy was or is no-longer on the book for reason of interaction with the department or your reason for being on the street at all??
