Richard Pryor grew up in his Mother's home and the family business was a House of Ill Repute. The venture of his on-stage journal from language to audience was 'Introduction Education' into and onto the Comedic Stage of voice via vernacular that gave many a case skits to his youth and households phone as reference in his ab-lib and it was considered a funny, or at least many audiences died laughing as many people put it in the press of the day (I only knew of Richard Pryor to even be of entry to the watch of those old shows because he was in addition an actor and played in the movies of the day with Gene Wilder and those shows were rated beyond the youth of the times?? Just know they were off-limits in total and complete, anotherwards, no conversations). In the pain of his agony at the price of his growth that made his live performances more than I was able to ever watch and I did not see his performances until repeats played on television. The fact of that in the case of Oakland and the Police Officers is to I the balance of a beam at the lights of action coming from me as a kid, now an adult, and, growing-up in San Francisco during the mass protests that came to be, or, shall I say grew out of the Haight/Ashbury and the Korean and Vietnam Wars.
Janis Joplin was arrested in November 1969 in Florida and charged with disorderly conduct after yelling obscenities at police officers during a Tampa concert.
At each protest the measure of such was met by the Police. At this the rifle and the daisy black and white photograph tops memory, only at the seen as an adult on the internet. For the arrests came from disorderly behavior and 'the white protester' was not excused from these charges therefrom the learn as I in my youth. For the teach was that should you dare to go and protest without license and city approved venue for the march than the measure of The Shield and/or Guard would arrest you and now you had a 'record' and/or 'jacket' which would follow you for your entire life, actually they said quote 'The rest of your life', end-quote. The draw had a measure of eternity I could never grasp but the gasp was most defined by ....(fill in the blank as being about four years old). This was a big deal to those that decided to participate as job opportunity would now be not on the line but straight and extreme to being denied jobs due to your actions when you were young. This was an enormous detail of all the parents from back east saying that their kids would never be able to have i.e. 'good jobs' and now not only are their lives ruined but the reputations of the families would never be restored. Many a 'Trust Fund Baby' got cut-off during these very tumultuous times hence the cults and hence the start-up's of those original cults that thrived out the the 1960's.

Than to that should a dispatcher have a child in the crowd the Police Officer would naturally say to stay away from here and here as the disruption would be explained as, at least to whom I know it happened to as 'you are going to be picked-up for being a truant'. Again this was reality and thereby every person would go to school and be home at proper behavior as truancy was reality for as the courts would than tell you that you are a ward of the court. In the case of Oakland and the natural behavior of Police Officers in my comprehension is as above, however what if the Richard Pryor environment made the home life of said person the acceptance to home through the delivery of information as to allow the action and the actions movement to what I would say that the Tenderloin was known for and from where many White Girls went to get away from their abusive families. This was a fact and as I have said in and on my recorded experiences with my mother Melba M. Meakin spending much time attempting to mend the rift of those young often under aged?? These questions of my mother to those girls was the healing factor not the age to age reality of the times in the method and truancy facts.
Therefore the doctor visit to prove that a virgin is still indeed a virgin would be the first move to solve a puzzle of regard, The second point of court evidence to an attorney on the case would be to find out if there was a Richard Pryor type Home of Ill Repute being run out of Oakland and that those 'tip's ' were going to protect the girls and 'said john's' on the street during stings.
Allen Ginsberg at the Human Be-In, San Francisco, California
Why is the media and gossip so fast that none of these questions or this process of research reaches the balance of the Investigative Unit. In addition to Charlotte, North Carolina, how is it possible to have all those people performing 'disorderly contact' and recorded on real film live not being arrested and charged in the following days as they arrested and charged white people in San Francisco when I was a kid??
The Human Be-In was an event in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park on January 14, 1967. ... The Human Be-In focused the key ideas of the 1960s counterculture: personal empowerment, cultural and political decentralization, communal living, ecological awareness, higher consciousness (with the aid of psychedelic drugs), ...https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_Be-In
It only took one look from a cop to know of all of these above said things as a kid and nobody ever told them to me, however I had an older brother and an older sister that always broke the lease of the law and made no 'cent Sir' but sure did say it loud enough that at the very least I knew that they and there friends were riding the fringe of the law. So, in the protesting that I have witnessed only as being reported my Channel 2 News in Oakland albeit California why is not the above being brought to term as what took place in the 1960's following the Vietnam War?? Or, is it the fact that The Draft was in 1969 and I was four years old and the Moon Landing was something the entire country would have had their attention consumed with and by while out here in San Francisco we were not sticking daisy's in our hair but being educated in silence by how the world moved to the sway of the Human be in and many other Hippie product revolutions such as Woodstock. Now at that is the disorderly conduct the one that sticks out the most or is it the Richard Pryor repeats that makes Oakland a questionable Court House or is the evident just I asking if truancy was or is no-longer on the book for reason of interaction with the department or your reason for being on the street at all??
